Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 5, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Highland Ministry LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Big Brother Fantasy Pool application and website (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
Information We Collect
We collect account information that you provide when you create and use an account, including:
- Email address — used to create your account, sign you in, and send account-related communications.
- Username — a display name shown on leaderboards and alongside your predictions.
- Password — stored in encrypted form by our authentication provider; we never have access to your plain-text password.
- Predictions and activity — the picks, predictions, and scores you submit while using the Service.
We do not collect location data, contacts, photos, or payment information.
How We Use Your Information
- To create and maintain your account and authenticate you.
- To operate the fantasy pool — recording your predictions, calculating scores, and displaying leaderboards.
- To send you account-related and gameplay notifications, such as reminders and results updates.
- To maintain the security and integrity of the Service.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
How Your Information Is Stored
Account data is stored securely using Supabase, our hosting and database provider. Passwords are encrypted, and data is transmitted over secure, encrypted connections. We retain your information for as long as your account remains active.
Sharing of Information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share information only with service providers that help us operate the Service (such as our hosting and authentication provider), or where required by law. Your username and predictions are visible to other participants as part of the normal operation of the fantasy pool.
Your Rights and Choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account and the personal information associated with it. To make a request, contact us at the email address below and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Children’s Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can remove it.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
